How To Place an Order

Fill out the order form below. Fill in all necessary fields.

• If you are customizing your item, fill in the "Customize" field. Once I receive your order, I will email/text you a mock up of your item for approval, along with an invoice of your order. Once the mock up is approved, and the invoice is paid, I will finalize your order.

• If you are ordering multiple items, please submit one order form for each item. I will combine all order submissions into one invoice and email you for payment. Shipping Cost is $6.50 per item, but if you buy 3 or more items, total shipping cost for the entire order is $10.00

• All invoices must be paid in full for me to place the order.
